Why should people in villages or the unemployed go outside to the city to find a job?
It would be good if a single factory or any mini factory was built for every 10 or 15 villages and employment opportunities were created there, utilizing the resources available there and providing employment to the people there.
If this is done, the area will be economically developed by providing opportunities and employment to the people there, the mandals and the district.

Every year, huge amounts of taxpayers’ money are spent on road construction, yet most roads start breaking within 1–2 years. Roads that should last 10–20 years develop potholes, cracks, and unsafe conditions in just one rainy season.
The main reason is corruption in tenders and contracts. Instead of using proper material and technology, many contractors cut costs to fill their own pockets. Government officials approve such work without strict checks. Every year new tenders are floated, more money is spent, but the public keeps suffering.
Good quality roads can easily last decades if built honestly, but due to corruption, we face dangerous potholes, accidents, and wasted taxpayer money
It’s time to demand transparency, strict audits, and punishment for corrupt contractors. Roads are a lifeline of the country, and their poor condition reflects the failure of governance.
