The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MSJE), in collaboration with MyGov, invites comments and suggestions from stakeholders and the general public on the draft accessibility standards for the Products Sector. These draft standards, which identify non-negotiable rules, have been prepared to strengthen the creation of barrier-free environments in accordance with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and relevant rules.

All interested individuals are requested to carefully examine the proposed standards and submit their feedback, comments, and suggestions on the MyGov platform, ensuring that personal details are entered accurately during registration.

सार्वजनिक स्थानों, बैंक, स्कूल में व्हीलचेयर रैंप और ब्रेल/ऑडियो साइन बोर्ड लगाए जाएं सरकारी मोबाइल एप्स को आसान भाषा व बटन के साथ डिज़ाइन किया जाए, ताकि ज्यादा लोग आसानी से इस्तेमाल कर सकें

सरकारी वेबसाइट, ऐप और डिजिटल डॉक्युमेंट्स को ऐसे डिज़ाइन किया जाए कि दिव्यांगजन ब्लाइंड, सुन नहीं सकने वाले, आदि आसानी से इस्तेमाल कर सकें।

લાંબા ચાલતા યુધ્ધનું પરિણામ ગમે ત્યારે બદલાઈ શકે. આપણો મિત્ર દેશ રશિયાએ તાત્કાલિક યુધ્ધ બાબતે વિચાર કરી અને નિર્ણય લેવો અનિવાર્ય છે.યુધ્ધ ક્યારેય લાબું ના ચલાવવું જોઈએ.

जैसे भारत सौर ऊर्जा में अग्रसर है वैसे ही भारत को चाहिए वह अपनी निजी बायोगैस सर्विस जो हमारे जानवरों के गोबरों से तैयार की जाती है उसके लिए भी प्लांट लगाया जाए जिसमें भारत उसमें भी आत्मनिर्भर बन सके और किसी के देश में भी हम आत्मनिर्भर बनने के लिए मजबूत हो उसके लिए जो गोवंश है जो गौशालय संचालित हैं उसी से उसमें भी बायोगैस के प्लांट लगवाई जाए जिससे बेरोजगारों को सुनहरा अवसर मिलेगा और भारत आगे बढ़ेगा साथ ही साथ जब बायो प्लांट लग जाएगा तो जो गांव वंश बाहर घूम रहे हैं उनको भी रख करके उनकी भी सही ढंग से देखभाल हो सकती है इसमें एक के साथ दो काम हो सकते

Sir, अपने देश के युवा पढाई होणे के बाद govt जॉब के चक्कर मे अपनी आधी जवानि खत्म कर रहे है, यदी हर govt जॉब के लिये 2-3 साल का अनुभव compulsory कर दिया जाये तो युवा ease of doing बिझनेस compaign मे भी हेल्प करेंगे,कुछ आमदणी होणे के वजह से ऊनके माता पिता पर भी ज्यादा जोर नही पडेगा,givt जॉब नही लगणे से भी लडके डिप्रेशन मे नही jayenge क्यों की अभि unke पास अनुभव है तो उन्हे कही भी जॉब मिल jayegii, इसमे एक समस्या experience certificate की आ सकती है क्यों की कुछ employer परेशान करते है तो उसका हल है experience certificate की जगह EPF स्टेटमेंट compulsory कर दिया जाये govt जॉब मे आवेदन करणे के लिये. इससे न्यू start up मे भी मदत होगी और देश के युवा सही दिशा मे जायेगे.

As an educated unemployed youth, I feel these Draft Accessibility Standards should not just remain rules on paper. If industries are required to make products accessible, the government can also create training and job opportunities for people like us—whether in product testing, design, or quality checks. This way, accessibility will bring dignity not only to persons with disabilities but also hope to unemployed educated citizens.
