दिक्कत पैसे कमाने में दिक्कत सभी जगह दिक्कत होती है जब तक मां-बाप होती है तब तक जिंदगी अच्छी होती है विकलांगों की समस्या मां-बाप की समझ पाते हैं लोन लेने जाओ तो दिक्कत बैंक वाले लोन नहीं देते रोजगार के लिए जो रोजगार के लिए लिमिट सेट है अपना सही दिमाग भी नहीं होता उतना ज्यादा होशियार भी नहीं होती उतने ज्यादा हुनर भी नहीं होती काम थोड़ा स्लो कर पाते हैं इस कारण सभी जगह दिक्कत होती है खास तो प्राइवेट कंपनियां प्राइवेट ऑफिस में बहुत कम विकलांगों के लिए रोजगार मिल पाता है

Respected Sir, I, Kanhaiya Kuldeep, wish to raise concern over Google’s growing monopoly in India. On Android phones, many apps stop working if Play Store is disabled, even when technically not required. Competitor apps are unfairly flagged as “unsafe” by Play Protect, discouraging users and killing innovation. Safety is important, but it is being misused to force monopoly. Fines by CCI are too small for a global giant like Google; they simply pay and continue the same practices. What is needed is strict regulation to ensure apps can run independently, fair access for developers, and true digital freedom for users. As a citizen, I feel helpless when my choices are blocked. India’s Digital India vision cannot succeed if users are trapped and Indian developers are suppressed. I humbly request your urgent intervention to protect both user freedom and fair competition. My post no. 14 सुझाव मांगने थे तो ड्राफ़्ट लिखने से पहले भी मांगने थे। लेकिन ड्राफ्ट विदेशी कानून की अंधी नकल करके बना दिया है। और अब सुझाव मांग रहे हैं। जबकि ना तो पढ़ा जाएगा नहीं उसकी कोई चर्चा की जाएगी। कानून पास वही हो जाएगा जो ड्राफ़्ट बना हुआ है। मंत्रालय अपनी जिम्मेदारी, जवाबदेही से भाग रहा है। एक खानापूर्ति की जा रही है। परिणाम की कोई चिंता नहीं है। 6 महीने बाद रिव्यू का कोई प्रोविजन नहीं है। जनता से बीच-बीच में आए सुझावों का भी कोई इसमें रास्ता नहीं है। प्रोडक्ट में क्या सुझाव जनता दे, उसका भी कोई रास्ता नहीं है। शिकायत के बारे में कोई इसमें रास्ता नहीं है। कानून बनाना नहीं आता है। कोई भी स्टैंडर्ड जारी नहीं किया है। सुझावों पर कोई ऑडिट कमेटी भी नहीं है। मन मर्जी है। अपने आप को सही दिखना है और जनता गलत है। जनता को मूर्ख साबित करना है। जो सुझाव मेंने पिछली 13 posts में दिये है। क्या बह सुझाव इस ड्राफ़्ट के पास होने से कंपनीया अपने आप लागू कर देंगी ? काग़ज़ी कानून बनाने से क्या उद्देश्य है?

ost no 12 Universal design, International accepted Design को consider करने के साथ भारतीय स्थितियों, परिस्तिथियों, वातावरण, भारतीय शरीर विज्ञान को समझकर ड्राफ़्ट तैयार करना था। विदेशी अंधी नकल नहीं करनी थी। Global warming, Climate-change, clean india ( refuse, reduce, reuse, recycle ) स्वदेशीकरण, स्वास्थ्य, Carbon Footprint, water Footprint और भविष्य की जरूरतों को समझकर ड्राफ़्ट तैयार करना था। Products पर लिखा होना चाहिये कि विदेशी है या स्वदेशी या collaboration से बनाया हुआ है। Disabled लोगों को स्वास्थ्य की समस्याएं जल्दी हो जाती है। इसलिये स्वास्थ्य पर बहुत ध्यान देना था। Intelligent Change Maker की टीम बनाये। जो सभी मुद्दो पर गंभीरता से विचार करे। काग़ज़ी कानून बनाये है ड्राफ़्ट में। काग़ज़ी कानून से कोई फायदा नहीं है। Change Maker की team बनाये जो प्रत्येक products पर आयडिया दे। सुझाव दे। (DEPwD) (MSJE ) से approve कराने के बाद कोई products should launch in india. And old products available in market should also take approval within 3 months.
