Taking the vision of the new National Education Policy (NEP) as envisioned under the dynamic
leadership of our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, the Government of India has developed the National Credit Framework (NCrF) to enable the integration of academic and vocational domains to ensure flexibility and mobility between the two. NCrF would be a game changer by opening numerous options for further progression of students and inter-mingling of school and higher education with vocational education and experiential learning, thus mainstreaming skilling and vocational education. NCrF will also enable students who have dropped out of mainstream education to re-enter the education ecosystem.

NCrF will seamlessly integrate the credits earned through school education, higher education, and
vocational and skill education by encompassing the National Higher Education Qualification Framework (NHEQF), National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) and National School Education Qualification Framework (NSEQF). It also supports educational acceleration for students with gifted learning abilities and Recognition of Prior Learning for the workforce that has acquired knowledge and skills informally through the traditional family inheritance, work experience or other methods. The inclusive umbrella framework aims to make the options for Multiple Entry-Multiple Exit accessible and applicable across higher education, school education and vocational education, allowing students to choose their own learning trajectories and programmes.

The framework has been jointly developed by a committee constituted by the Government with members from UGC, AICTE, NCVET, NIOS, CBSE, NCERT, Department of School Education and Literacy & Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, DGT, and Ministry of Skill Development under the guidance of Union Minister of Education and Minister of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.

The Government is inviting comments and observations by the 30th of November on the document
which is available in the link below for download.

The NcRF is really an innovative way to provide both general and vocational education in schools and colleges. It will expose the students to the practical aspects of life. It provides plethora of options like multiple entry and exit, academic choices and training. But the training must be given by only well trained persons who have qualified to be so via an eligibility test. The training must be short but crisp and effective. There should be an online portal for every students, where they can see their credits earned and can compare themselves wrt to the others across India. This will promote improvement in training and also the portal can serve as a platform for giving feedbacks regarding the same. Adequate choices must be given. If a student exits from an academic course for training or other reason, it must be ensured that they are not penalized for quitting and reassurance must be given. If needed, some compensatory mechanisms can be introduced to make up the loss.

1)Firstly Findout the likes,Tastes, abilities & skills of the students through Test(direct questions with computer/school mobile apps),,or make as a students only class&ask each other,,it will open their mind&they will openly say about them without hiding anything &other activities in the play ground ,,also ask their parents too (but its not possible because they are kids ,they dont know too much about their kids... ,,take time&give 1 month for it, 2)make "life saving activities" as compulsory to learn from first.....example swimming,,creative thinking etc 3)we know Example-- gender equality,,waste dubbing etc 3)need a unique school app for students (adhar card number based login),,&connect with class mates,,teachers,,parents,,also connect app via other schools in india too,

Dear sir, My self great follower of yours, is a Orthopaedic surgeon at Nandurbar , North Maharashtra. Sir, I m here to put up idea about 2 seater car to replace byke for indian population. As an orthopaedic surgeon I see regular accidents patients with history of fall from 2 wheeler due to animal struck - Dog/goat/pig/cow ... , fall due to sleepage , also its dangerous to drive in all seasons Summer -hot sunny exposure, Winter - too much cold environment, Rainny- getting wet of and spoil the things we carry like in my case medical films & records Also one point is if I alone wants to travel in city for routine bazar, if want to go other hospital I unnecessary use 4seater car, the cost of milage , cost of car is paid unnecessary. I wish to have EV 4 wheeler 2 seater car with sit arrangement like byke & a good space for luggage. The required vehicle will definitely fulfill your as well a poor mans dream of car with least affordable prise. Godbless sirji to stay healthy

I think the govt has undertaken the NEP structures very well.Credit system for the various eduction systems is good.It gives a feedback on the performance of the student and also the teachers. The main of the education system is to enable children or students to be a good citizen and to be an active part in the development of the country. This credit system is satisfying the student feedback system and the evaluation process very well. The education system also should deal with the practical aspects of training and it not be a problem for the students.
