The gurukul system is a really good way, in it children are taught basics of everything and later on dependin on their psycho-physical nature and interests they are given further education. This will immensely help in skill development in India and making India a skill capital. People will like what they are doing and hence the quality of the product will be improved.

I thought that we should adopt a new education policy which will also focus on practical knowledge along with the theoretical knowledge because we all know that by reading and understanding only the theory some students can understand it but if we do practicals we can easily remember it. And for the skills in my thought we should also add computer classes, basic electronics, and robotics for the children who want to do so, so that children will get an interest to come to school.
Thanks

While there are acts to protect factory workers and establishment workers, teachers are not protected under any act. As a result, school teachers are exploited. Because of this, teaching is not a preferred profession. For instance, anyone good in computer science will prefer working in an industry rather than in a school. This is resulting in a downward education spiral. My suggestion is to have an act which proposes a high minimum and a conducive environment for schoolteachers.
