The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

Mental health problems is going to be next pandemic in our country. There is acute shortage of skilled human resources who can correctly understand and holistically manage the emerging mental health problems like depression, suicide, addiction etc. The adolescent and youth are more vulnerable. We at nimhansdigitalacademy.in has been involved in building skills for teachers, lay counsellors, psychologist etc to provide best care and cure. This needs to be urgently expanded exponentially.

start giving students vocational training as early as possible .. let basic education be till 10 th only and from then let them aquire knowledge in the field in which they wish and let them a specialised person ..don't put too much pressure on students to pass all the subjects in degree or puc let them choose one of two subjects and pass in those .. many of the subjects in b e ,b tech , are of no real use. kindly remove all such subjects and introuduce in use -future tech subjects

kindly evaluate your MPs atleast once in a year . our district mp gaddigoudar is as good as dead . our district is one of the best place for cotton saree , khana ,and milk products and small industries and textiles . in 30 years constituency I never seen him speaking single word about our district ... here huge potential for growth in industrial, tourism sector . even if u make me stand in election , I will win a seat as Bagalkot district supports namo only. but a mp like gaddigoudar is waste.

For skilling India -> Making skill training a compulsory course(proper implementation) in college with real-life "industrial demand". For e.g, many Indian B.com Graduates don't even know how to operate MS Excell or Tally. -> Giving vocational skills right from school. -> Compulsory internship program beyond engineering courses. -> Everything depends on the implementation, the inspector should not be corrupt. There should be use of AI for the improvement of students.
