The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

Provide more opportunities to the skilled persons based on their talent not on marks.make the people to be stayed in india and to serve for country instead of making people to migrate other countries for jobs it is most drawback of our country that people are migrating other countries after graduation for jobs because of poor opportunities and low salary.

Sir, Please develop school level skill building centers for school going children's so that even if they not get good marks they can better develop some professional skill to get job after passing school. It also increases their confidence to concentrate on thier interests level.

आशय यह है कि कम्पनियों की इकाई कर्मचारियों, श्रमिकों के बीच रहे ।कुछ उद्योगों की मशीनरी ऐसी निर्मित हो कि एक बड़ी कम्पनी को छोटे-२ क्षेत्रों में स्थापित किया जा सके ।प्रशिक्षण देकर लोगों को रोजगार उनके घर या गांवों,शहरो की विशेष जगह पर दिया जा सके ।सामान के आने- जाने में उतनी परेशानी नहीं होगी जितनी समझी जा रही है ।बस नयी नजर चाहिए ।इले. सामान से लेकर ओटोमोबाइल का समान बैटरी आदि भी हम वैश्विक बाजार के लिए बना सकते है ।लोगों को देश को विकसित शीघ्र कर सकते है ।

कुछ क्षेत्र है जिससे मोबाइल कम्पनी(चलती-फिरती कम्पनी) निर्मित हो सकती है इलेक्ट्रोनिक उद्योग, टेलीविजन,एलसीडी,लैपटोप,नोटपैड,कम्प्यूटर व कम्प्यूटर का अन्य सामान चिप आदि भी, मोबाइल व मोबाइल से सम्बंधित अन्य सामान आदि और भी उत्पाद इस क्षेत्र में स्थापित करके विश्व को अचम्भित कर जायेंगे।जापान हमारे सामने एक बड़ा उदाहरण है।हम इन क्षेत्रों में भूमि संसाधन न होते हुए भी प्रगति कर सकते है । घरेलू उपयोग की वस्तुएं मसाले,साबुन,सर्प,अचार,मुरब्बे आदि तमाम वस्तुओं का निर्माण भी हो सकता है ।

हमें विकास का नया माडल अपनाना होगा सस्ता, गुणवत्तापूर्ण और टिकाऊ सामान विश्व के बाजार में उतारना होगा ।एक बड़ा संगठन तो हो लेकिन कम्पनी का उत्पाद कर्मचारियों के बीच निर्मित करने की मशीनरी बनानी होगी कुछ क्षेत्र है जिससे मोबाइल कम्पनी(बिखरी हुई कम्पनी) निर्मित हो सकती है इलेक्ट्रोनिक उद्योग, टेलीविजन,एलसीडी,लैपटोप,नोटपैड,कम्प्यूटर व कम्प्यूटर का अन्य सामान चिप आदि भी, मोबाइल व मोबाइल से सम्बंधित अन्य सामान आदि और भी उत्पाद इस क्षेत्र में स्थापित करके विश्व को अचम्भित कर जायेंगे....

आदरणीय मोदी जी हम लोग भारतीय हैं और हमें अपने ऋषि परंपरा पर गर्व है। उस परम्परा में शिक्षा बेची नहीं दान की जाती है।उसी कड़ी में हम अपनी स्किल और अनुभव दान करके अपने देश की स्किल डेवलपमेंट में योगदान कर सकते हैं।सरकार अगर प्रोत्साहन दे तो रिटायर्ड टेक्निकल नागरिक यह कम्पेन चलायेंगे। मैं रामेश्वर लाल गुप्ता तन मन और धन से इस कैंपेन के लिए तैयार हूं। धन्यवाद मोदीजी

आइडियाज ही आइडियाज हैं पर क्या लिखने से या कहने से कुछ होने वाला ऐसा मुझे नही लगता। मेरा अनुभव है कि कोई भी किसी की आइडिया को न तो समझ सकता हैं और न ही उस पर काम कर सकता है ज्यादा से ज्यादा यह कह सकता हैं कि अच्छा है। अगर आप सही में चाहते हैं मेरे सिर पर हाथ रख दे। बाकी काम मुझ पर छोड़ दे मैं दिखाता हूं की आइडियाज किस तरह साकार होते है। kuchalagkare.in

Instead of diluting our efforts by extending training on large number of skill courses,let us concentrate on a few extremely skill oriented and socially needed courses to make our youth number one skilled ones

kindly give proper training & placement to the unskilled craftsmen who are working in the remote areas of the country by organizing skill fair at the Village Panchayat level, Block level & district level with the help of local administration, schools & public representatives.
