Jobs and hirings in India must shift from being ‘qualification-based’ to ‘skill-based’. Today, almost every hiring is done using education and qualification as a surrogate for skill. This is a roadblock that the National Skill Development Mission needs to address.

Government has to make some strategy to start the Skill courses from school level and extended to college level also.
Children should be motivated to opt skill courses based on their interest. We should not forcing them to be a part of skill courses pressure in schooling education. Skill courses core must be very clear in its curriculum not be confusing with some other core. Along with the academic, there should be weightage for the skill courses.
Jai Hind 🙏
