world needs organic food items , we can train rural people to grow organic crops with minimum resources. We should take forward our traditional skills of providing nutrition to plants.

There is a huge gap of awareness and education in rural and urban areas, children of rural areas of states such as Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh are not reaching their maximum potential ,they are prone to perform below average because they are not aware about high class education and infrastructure and they are not provided too. Government should pay attention on states where government school students are not performing up to the mark and should address the possible reasons for their lagging behind.

#SkillCapital Idea:

In continuation to my previous suggestion,
We can even enhance or modify the bullet train technology right?
why do we jave to simply, blindly follow other's technology & adopt it, without understanding, enhancing & customising it?

My suggestion is,
To become a skill capital, each work should not only be skilled with the current advanced skills but also should be trained with futuristic skills.
For Ex: In High Speed Rails, Other countries are going with maglev trains but still we are trying to achieve bullet trains. Instead, we can switch directly to Maglev so that the workers will be inline with the upcoming technology in their skills & thereby can move forward. Or we can invent something new, similar to bullet trains!!
