I here by suggest that open school and engineering colleges, medical colleg in each citi of India so it will possible for student to learn within city. And that will also help full to citizens also. Also try to develop infrastructure facility in Tulare areas speedily .

शिक्षित युवा बहुत से है पर या तो वो व्यवस्था हेतु शहर भागने के लिए मजबूर हैं या गांव की गंदी जातिगत राजनीति के शिकार बने।

#गांवों को ग्राम प्रधानों या जिला पंचायत सदस्यों और प्रमुखों के हाथ कभी मत सौपिए।
#70 सालों से वे गांव को अपने फायदे के लिए बेचते और बिकते आए है। सिर्फ अपना विकास और मकान जमीन निर्माण यही उनका मंत्र है। अभी up ग्राम चुनाव मे भी यही हुआ।
# न सही सड़क, न नाली, ना सही से खड़ंजा, इंटरलॉकिंग की बात छोड़िए। और आप मंगल यात्रा की बात कर रहे।
#नए भर्ती शिक्षित युवा, ग्रेजुएट PG शिक्षित सोशल वर्कर भी है या जिले का मैनेजमेंट जैसे करते है वो लागू करें।

#शिक्षित युवा रोजगार (जो मूलभूत किसान नही है, और जिनके पास मकान के सिवाय कोई जमीन नही है)
#शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता और रोजगार परक एवं कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण के साथ।
#आज भी पाठशाला में बेंच और सही शिक्षा की व्यवस्था नही है। टीचरों की वेतन सिर्फ बढ़ी है। छात्रों को उचित और सही व्यवस्था नही है। न ही डिजिटल सुविधाए।
#प्राइवेट स्कूलों की फीस कोरोना में भी बहुत महंगी है अब तो और भी ज्यादा। जिसका खर्च बहन औसत दर्जे के लिए मुस्किल

A: Training-
5. Mandatory skill-building workshops in Technical/ Diploma/ Engineering/ Professional colleges;
6. Providing incentives to the industry to train the candidates thru GST benefits. Making absorption of certain % of workforce as these certified skilled candidates mandatory.
B: Employment-
1. Mandatory intake of certified skilled personnel by industry (some %).
2. Govt. incentives on hiring of excellent candidates by Edu. Institutes on rotation

A: Training-
1. Industrial Training Institutes in each district; 6 months to 2-year practical hands-on training is imparted-irrespective of Gender.
2. At least one institute of excellence in each state for excellent candidates from each district-for international standards training.
3. Providing subsidised tools to trained people for self-employment and periodic refresher training at subsidised costs.
4. Industry skilled and technicians/ persons to be hired as staff in ITIs

In our country in school and colleges students are doing good . But after they complete there studies they are educated and good but they are still illiterate to understand their life there goal and they dont know how to to make good friends how to find right people how to deal with this world how to understand their own life and how control their emotions and their anger and their money . So I think that we should start this in school and colleges and I have good idea about this .

Open Departmental Stores for Govt Employees. And announce discounts on products. And implement tax concession who will buy the product at Departmental Stores. Profit is to be expend on below poverty line peoples.
