I want to suggest the following burning issue in our Bharat Desh sir 1. Flood Control How best we can manage rain water in rainy season to harvest all the rain water in rainy season and its equal distribution during summer days . This is going to be very serious issue in our Bharat Desh. Japanese have controlled floods very well but may be it is very expensive solution for the country like Bharat. But I suggest we start in Assam and then successful model can be replicated in the stage manner. But we Bhartiya people have to start it at one end and your are the only Hon. Prime Minister of Bharat Desh who is taking right decisions fot Bharat Desh. So we public are expecting you as Ho. PM to speak on flood control in our Bharat Desh pl. 2. Second important issue is heat wave in summer

Please do mention and encourage development of leading edge technologies right here in India... we need not be the second tier R&D venue for the world anymore. I am an alumnus of very early (2nd) batch of IIT Delhi, who just moved back to my home town Delhi after 50+ years in US High-Tech Industry. I initiated and organized a consortium of two IITs, a National Lab and industry participants to develop a next-generation battery -- Lithium-Sulphur -- for the forthcoming wave of EV industry, to be ready for industrial testing next year. This battery will outclass in price-performance any of today's battery technologies by a long shot...! AND form the basis of so many other advances in portable/mobile devices, communication and defence equipment, border violation trackers, medical instruments, robotics, drones... list goes on and on! A development like this could catapult us technologically and economically by a leap-frog.

Respected Sir, This is part 4 of my submission towards making India clean. Finally, local governments should announce cleanliness drive week to clean a full area (Village, town, local municipal body) involving both public participation and government officials. I would be very happy if such an initiative is taken nation wide and every city/district/Village announces the area wise cleanliness drive. This will increase people participation and make everyone more aware of how polluted our streets are and how difficult it is for the government to do garbage collection on a daily basis
