We, as citizens should start moving away from rent-seeking nature to self-driven enterpreneurial nature. At the same time, it is necessary for entrepreneurs to scale up their systems, providing more jobs. Companies growing at scale are cutting down on employment due to automation. So it is necessary for the large companies to rather collaborate with educational institutions to rather train the youngsters, increase apprenticeship and internship oppurtunities. It is necessary for larger bodies to contribute to the smaller bodies for growth. Employment to Indians need not be created in India alone. Projects abroad can also use Indian youth, similar to Chinese companies.

Funny Jokes... when new vehicle purchase there is compulsory to pay road tax and RC making charges. why not a tax apply on new born baby for grown up in environment of a country. And payable for pollution tax, environment hygienic and care tax along with birth certificate. because everyone use air, water for free. this freebies paid by us adult for diseases and protection care through to air and water quality.
