The Income Tax on Taxable income should be Rs. 5 Lakhs for those below 60 years, Rs.6 Lakhs for Senior Citizens and Rs.7 Lakhs for Super Senior Citizens. There is a need to reduce the wasteful expenditure on tours, seminars, conferences and transfers. There is a need to coordinate between various agencies such as RBI, SEBI, MCA,Income Tax, Customs. Enforcement Directorate, SFIO, CBI etc. to prevent money laundering and Corporate Frauds.

Respected Madam, We would like to post the Suggestion related to the deduction in the Income Tax Rate according to the different tax slabs. We have also listed the problem faced by Current MSME and along with the Suggestion to solve these problems. My main focus is given to the Manufacturing companies as they have a good amount of share in Nation Development. Request you to please review my document and consider this for the upcoming Union Budget 2019-20 Thank you, Surender Gangwani

EASE OF STARTING UP We can make things easier for startups. Dependence on CA should be avoided for very small and incubating startup to make them worry free. That way they can focus on their core competence. Else, effort goes in paying fees to CA for just process related stuff. For ex. eForm 20. Even if considered essential, can we do anything which can be done without CA and CS.

Respected Finance Manager Madamji, Namaskar My suggestion is to give Spirit of Entrepreneurship a big boost in all forms and remove British Era rules of disbevileving citizens as choor. We Indians where known for commercial activity since long. Money needs to be earned by commerce/services. Tourism, food processing, are high potential areas. Innovations in all fields can create jobs. Neither govt. nor private sector alone can provide jobs. Self employment can create more jobs.
