Respected mam,
All the local Governement has a norm to give 85% employment to local people, I feel this is not such criteria to last long. 85% should be indian this is
New India all indian should be counted as one. Base on the individual's capacity he can get job anywhere in India.
And because of this so many industry people struggling to get tax benefits or Governement subsidies.

Dear Mam,
The textiles industry in the silk city of India Surat is struggling very very high.
In this painful time the capital project approved under Governement schemes still not passing the subsidy and matters pending for last 3 years. Central Governement accurately sending the subsidy but Gujarat Governement is not following the same. Please do the needful.
Also any machinery comes to industry generates employment so there should be no categories for the subsidy all should be counted as 1

I am glad that you are asking for suggestions.I want to say something about service tax of 18% on health insurance, particularly senior citizens.Majority of retired employees find it very difficult even to cover themselves under health insurance with high premium rates. In my opinion ,there should not be any service tax on health insurance. .I am 72 and my wife is 69 . In 2017-2018,I paid around Rs.37000 as premium and in 2018-2019 , I had to pay Rs.75000 for Rs 4lakhs coverage each.

Respected Madam, only small number i.e. a little more than 2% people pays income tax and large chunk of people do not show correct income and do not pay tax at all. I guess it is difficult to bring more population under tax payable category, instead isn't is possible to scrap income tax and increase GST and service charges. By doing this everyone will be bound to pay GST and service charges.
