"Water is life"... and India's water level is depleting and some places like Chennai is already in water rationing. We have great environmentalist to alleviate this MAJOR problem. Otherwise, soon some Indian metro cities would be like South Africa where there is no water... I want to plant trees, but where? Who would lend me a piece of land? Who can help us? Can "Rajendra Singh" - Waterman of India, help (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rajendra_Singh)?

please rationalize the income tax slab structure to pass benefit of taxation to middle class .The 20% and 30% taxation income limits need to be revised upward from current 500001 and 1000001 to 7.5 lakh and 15lakh. Releasing surplus income in hands of middle class will boost consumption growth in the economy and create demand for products for revival of manfacturing /tourism/service n several industries

Dear Madam Finance Minister, My suggestions are : 1. GST evasion is a reality. To minimize evasion it is suggested to offer incentive to common people to encourage reporting of evasion. 2. While star hotels have considerable infrastructure to maintain and upkeep to justify the high cost of menu, High class hotels and eateries falling under class"A" do not have any such infrastructure burden and yet the cost of menu is almost comparable to star hotel rates. IT should be more on their profit.

My suggestions to improve GST collections and relief to Income tax payers. Provide GST credit facility to individuals and set off against income tax paid by them. IT abatement would be from 1% to 10% against total GST credit available to each individual. Everyone will opt for GST invoice for all their purchases and avoid without bill transactions. Credit transfer process can be excercised feasibly with various options. It will be great relief to tax payers to get benefit of paying taxes.

Allow private sector participation in Agriculture on “Equity sharing basis” with Farmers. This will bring in investments, modern technologies and optimisation in the value chain. “Equity sharing” is the key idea here.

There are many unfinished real estate projects which are delayed beyond the possession dates committed by the builder. Most people have taken home loans to purchase and are hit on two fronts. 1) EMI on home loan 2) House rent until the project finishes. In such cases, please add provision to claim tax benefit on EMI for unfinished projects also which have been delayed.

I am a retired salaried employee. I have paid Income Tax for over 35 Years. Apart from a residential house, all my savings are in form of Bank FD and Mutual Funds. I again pay tax on my Interest earned and on spending. I am not able to take a Medical Policy as I am over 65 Years I suggest that the Government should step in to provide Medical coverage to citizens who have paid Income Tax for such long periods,
