Madame Finance Minister, You are aware the supreme justice is not available to a common man at the door step. Kindly establish the bench of the Supreme Court in all High Courts, which will not only make the supreme justice available to a common man, but also will reduce the cost to a considerable extent. Also, it will boost the morale of many qualified High Court Advocates to present themselves before the supreme court.
