Solving the NPA "PROBLEM" - I'M A CA + hands-on entrepreneur since 23 years, I know what I'm saying better than any person with theoretical knowledge. 1. The NPA problem has assumed exaggerated proportions since Mr Raghuram Rajan redefined NPAs saying if interest is not paid for 3 months it becomes an NPA. Fundamentally, this definition has no data basis, no scientific / management basis. This is an empirical definition imported from outside India and wholly unsuited to Indian conditions

While working on Dalit and Adivasi Budget, I would like to suggest you, please allocate budget in proportion to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe. Scheduled caste Special Component (SCCS)and Scheduled Tribe Component (STC) should contain schemes for women empowerment. Gender Budget Statement should involve special schemes for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe women women. Gender Budget must be in proportion on women and also equal share for SC-ST women.

Need for promotion of decarbonization also in building sector through net zero energy buildings in a major way. Renewables as energy sources based on off grid decentralized centers in villages and off road or remote areas, which may be given a thrust through govt and NGO alliances in tandem with involving public private players adequately through incentives. Promotion of small cities as growth engines through budgetary support for employment and revenue generating enterprise like agro processing

Madam, in continuation to my earlier message if some on purchase a car and want to make a payment in digital mode he has to pay 1 or 2% transaction charges which amount to 4000 to 15000. He is avoiding the same by paying hard cash. Same for purchase of jewellery and other high denomination transaction. My suggestion again is please reduce drastically these digital payment transaction charges to promote digital payment (cashless) system

I suggest one method to spent more money by people in Indian economy. The more spent will increase job opportunities. Insist all Govt employees (both state and Central) to make visit Indian Tourists centres yearly. 10% - 15% of their salary shall be credited to them only against valid bills on Tours - The job opportunities in travel and tourism (hotel, food, travel etc.) will boost - Govt will receive back more money as tax. Employees can enjoy the life and it will rejuvenate economy.

Medicine MRP is too high, needs to be based on actual cost . Presently there seems no control on the price of Medicine, different brands put different MRP thus looting common people by pharma companies also pharma companies make a nexus with Doctors, distributors . Common people are being looted in the name of MRP. Combination preparation should be banned as like in western countries. Please address this issue.
