Respected Madam,
Another suggestion is to completely ban the tobacco products specially the chewable tobacco. People who consume it generally spits and throw the packets on the roads which causes pollution. It also had bad impact on the health of the consume.
Also put some strict restrictions on the use of plastics specifically disposable plastics. It causes a lot of non degradable pollution in the country.

Income Tax rate should be like.....
1lak- 0.1%
2Laks-0.2%
3Laks-0.3%
4Laks-0.4%
5Laks- 0.5%.
Instead of no tax system upto 5Laks we can do like this to create awareness of Tax system to every citizen.
Above 5Lak may be as usual.

- Improve quality and management of Government Education centers. People with proper money do not prefer to go to government education centers because no one has trust on them. Only poor people are going there because they have no other choice.
- Make people in Government Education centers accountable and responsible for their carelessness and their mistakes. There must be punishment for them if something bad happen because of their carelessness or corruption.

1. Increase the Science and Technology Budget.
2. Increase the budget for education but also use educated people to teach in schools/colleges to supplement staff which is in short supply. Voluntary work by retired, but willing good, teachers will not add a lot to the budget. In fact many might do it almost for free.
3. Incentivize donations for education/scholarships. Needless to say the mechanism for utilization of such donations must be transparent. Also 100% tax benefit for State CM fund.
