In recent past, we all observed that our economy is passing through a rough patch. I strongly feel that our middle class can enhance their participation by making an amendment in Direct Taxes , allowing exemption from Capital Gain if someone willing to reinvest sales proceed of residential property for setting up an Industrial unit by investing in Land /Building & Plant/Machinery. Kindly think & make changes in upcoming General Budget ,it shall be a great support in our “ MAKE IN INDIA” slogan

Dear Finance Minister, You need to be critical thinker to understand and will need high political will to do that. This has been a long standing pending point which needs to be addressed. My only suggestion for upcoming budget is make net agricultural income (after expenses) above 15 lakhs per annum taxable @5%. This would generate revenue to control fiscal deficit too and 15 lakhs net income p.a. after deducting all expenses is high in terms of Indian households.
