Issues and Suggestion to grow Indian Exports.
Attached PDF file contacts some suggestion to simply procedures and prevent entry barrier to help small traders/exporters to grow the export business and prevent financial loss. Please feel free to contact me if you need any further inputs. I have tried before giving feedback to our honorable Prime Minister and issues are closed without really looking into issue.

4. No privatization of stations or trains. They should be run by Govt. only in a way so as to set standards for the rest of the public transporters to follow.

1. The cancellation charges on train reservation be removed if that seat was filled up with somebody else. At least the cancellation charges on waitlisted tickets should go. 2. Superfast charges to be removed or all trains to be made superfast. Afterall there is no difference in speed between the superfast and ordinary trains. 3. Preference to be given in reservation for the passengers boarding in the origin and travel up to destinations of trains. Necessary changes to be made in the software.

Please include EMI paid for under construction apartments for tax exemption. The builder is charging GST and people pay income tax via TDS. when EMI started during construction the buyer is not getting Tax exemption for amount paid. If construction stopped, builder hides, takes insolvency the amount paid in EMI for a bank loan never gets accounted for exemptions. #Infrastructure #incometax
Need more strict Finance governance for builders.

Increase corporate tax rate and use that money to uplift poor people.
The GDP growth of the world is about to come to an end within this decade due to climate emergency. Maintaining GDP
growth in the long run will require us to destroy the planet. The world is already seeing a slowdown in GDP growth, which will reach zero percent, if not negative, by the end of this decade.
So, you can maintain promises made in the budget only by increasing tax on corporates.
