In Kerala state it is possible to implement CCA, CAB, NRC NPR , if the government can increase the price of rubber & latex produced from the rubber plantation in Kerala .The rubber price below the production expense with RPIS had made rubber growers to give up rubber when the total production of country falls from 12.5 lac tons when price was 250 Rs to 6.5 lac tons at 120 Rs with RPIS . when the production lowers the price must have rise not happen due to imports made by GATT & climate change

Could you please keep small portion of money from whole budget for stray animals. These animals like cows serve their whole life to human. But when they become old and of no use. Owners throw them outside to die in their old age. Also they make cow pregnant very often for getting more milk but when that cow gives birth to a male calf, they are dumping outside, even to very new born calf too. Lot of stray animals get severely injured due to speeding vehicles & many more reasons. Please make plans

My dear government you should open some centres of work (depend on you which type of centre) where a villager can do some work in their free time and earn some money. You can see in Villages people are unemployed sitting in home doing forming on small land which are not sufficient. if some working centres are there then they can earn money and help the country also.

#Farmers
Dear indian government our farmers need a lot of your direct help. You have announced some yojna for them. But please do something such that they can do some productive work when they are free from forming so that they can stand if their crop get destroyed or happen anything wrong with them.
You can open some thing in Villages where they work without hesitation. You can think better that what can be opened there.

India's energy sector is mostly depending on coal, around 50%, this become extinct after coming few years. So we have to nd new sources of energy that will produce bulk amount of energy in peak demand of Electricity/load. If India imports oil/gases/coal/other fossil fuels, then it is not an appropriate solution for this big problem. Why don't we try by investing a lot in #Education and #research field. An investment in education always pays the highest returns.

Single use plastic menace and likely solution. Anything that is worthless is thrown out. Now Govt. Says it's value is rupee 15/Kg. Now a poly bag weighs from 1gm to 10 gm on average and valued from 1paisa to 15 paise.
This low value is the reason why the plastic don't reach recycling
Now how to over come this problem effectively is elaborated in my next Post due to lack of space

Respected Madam, you should give exemption on Term insurance plan except section 80 C. Like health insurance, term insurance is necessary for person and his family. Thanks.

#IncomeTax #Finance #Others India need rapid transition towards less cash economy.
How about limiting cash withdrawal to rupee one lac per PAN Card per year.
Anything more than that should be taxed according to the tax slabs applicable.

GST is supposed to be end to end traceable. However in India the last leg is neglected (end customers). To develop the habit of spending only against proper Bill, How about giving some income tax exemptions to the individuals on the similar lines of input tax credit of GST.
I can assure you that given income tax benefits on one would spend a rupee without GST Bill.
