The Honourable PM of INDIA Respected Sir The middle class having a lot of savings, always seek for tax-saving. My suggestion-please allow a certain amount of purchase, say 15000 or 20000 per financial year , of goods produced by cottage industry sector to be deducted from gross annual income while calculating income-tax. Such purchases must be made from KHADI shops or various govt emporiums or co-op shops. It will supply a great impetus to the cottage industries and hence rural economy.

The government should announced new type of tax exemption. That social security and developments exemption. In this government should give 100% tax exemption. Let people has to decide and participate in the social security and development of the project. This can be achieved through a group of 10 to 500 tax person. Initially the sector may be decided for infrastructure developments in primary health, primary education and sanitation area at 40:40:20 ratio. To be continue in next comments
