Sir Ma'am,
We need to introduce a system where #IncomeTax payers are recognized & rewarded, while increasing spend. Encourage them to spend more in target goods/services by giving them a “tax-back” proportionate to the amount spent. #IncomeTax payers can declare their PAN on purchase and a % of amount spend should get credited to their #IncomeTax account. The applicable goods/services can be changed YoY, like #Automobiles this year, #Airlines next etc etc. Will also reduce benaami purchases.

1 railways add more unreserved coaches in all super fast express trains to enhance public comfortable travel. Increase more trains of fully unreserved that will benefit many peoples. In commercially viable routes create separate track for goods train. Introduce road map for self sufficient railways. If possible divide irms in to technical and non technical cadre to enhance management of railways.
2 employment job opportunities through clean India campaign is yet to be utilised.

Government should award honest tax payers. Like they should reserve some seats in public transport. Separate queues for them in public departments and other. This would encourage other people to submit their items and a new culture would develop.

Farming industrialisation:
1. Government provides security for minimum 3 crops per year for any farmland. Enable with proper help in choice of crop, seeds, etc. Ensure loan available to the farmers at realistic rates. This has to happen across the country on all types of regions and crops. Make horticulture/other functions accountable
2. Remove any form of subsidy in farming and bring the income under tax regime
3. Enable investment in farming
4. Innovation and startups in scientific farming
