FPO - Consumer Linkage - 'NAB KISAN Logistics' a dedicated Farmers logistics venture. Honourable Prime Minister during the interaction with FPO on 1 Jan 2022 outlined the government efforts in promoting Farmers Producers Organization to consolidate the small & marginal farmers for getting benefits of group Dynamics. 10000 Farmers Producers Organization are being formed as a collectivization of Farmers to get the advantage of group Dynamics. Consumer of product of FPO determine the success of this efforts of collectivization of Farmers by the Government. NABARD is well placed to coordinate this FPO - Consumer Linkage -NAB KISAN Logistics or NAB KISAN POST- a dedicated Kisan logistics venture because NABARD has its own staff- District Development Manager ,the only public servant of Government of India stationed at District level dedicated to Farmers. In my view , Organic fertilizer should be Rs 100/ maximum / 50kg. All medicines should be at a negligible prize. Education up to standard 5 should be absolutely free, after that no education should be free except really eligible pupils. Subsidies to be stopped / minimized.

Homelessness, starvation and unhealthy living conditions for millions of people in India. These situations must change , so I urge all concerned to draft Union budget 2022-23 to consider steps to overcome these issues . Allocate sufficient funds to provide roof over the head of millions of people , quality food at a cheaper price and high quality medical services to middle and lower income group either for free or subsidized rate. No country can move to the global stage , if people die due to starvation and other reasons. I see that current government does lot of things but they can't claim victory until people are happy and living their life full potential. I see there lot of things remain undone, waste spending financial resources on unproductive activities. Economic management seems still poor , need to focus on resolving people's problems. STOP spending money for gaining power and for political advantage.

Respected Ma'am/ Sir It is seen that there are competition organized such as " best for waste" meaning to make a best useful of waste item. Now having said that , we see plastic as common good which is not degradable and creates pollution as well as occupy space, henceforth for that particular thing the plastic can be converted into bricks, walking path etc., but the main issue for the industries manufacturing such plastic brick is that separating plastic waste from other waste but that can be solved. Rather on one hand it reduces the pollution and on other hand government can earn surplus money. The model which i am proposing is that government must create an entity which buys such waste material and with the help of PPP model a facility needs to be established where in the process of separation of plastic is done and lastly the industry which can built such plastic brick , which will be used for various purposes. Everyone deserves to breathe in a healthy and clean environment. 28.6% of the Indian population are consumers of tobacco products and these products kill more than 13 lakh every year. The objective of my proposal is to bring change in central excise tax for Budget 2022-23.
