It is expected that global supply chains continued to be disrupted.numerous micro and small businesses have been forced to shut down their ventures. In such a situation the MSMEs ,next to agriculture providing employment, are in a worst situation. Many a schemes announced by the DFS have not been implemented by BANKs. Further they add more injuries by applying SARFASI Act to recover their dues. This is adding more woes and untold miseries to them. Hence my suggestion is to suspend the SARFASI Act and action initiated under SARFASI Act for a period of ONE YEAR so as to enable MSMEs to stabilise their enterprises and also asking the Banks to implement CGSSD scheme very religiously. Thank You Honourable Mr. Prime Minister for this oppertunity.

My humble suggestions 1) All the central cooperative banks can be brought under the direct administrative control of the union government. This will prevent misuse of funds and other irregularities. Importantly, political people should not head these banks.

eliminate free schemes in the country. Provide job opportunities for the youth. Make it mandatory working days to five days a week. allow people to stay with their families.

Eliminate double taxation - Tax deducted at source - salary, Again tax for capital goods purchased for domestic use. Income Tax - Fix the % and deduct from the source, no proof required. Make it simple. Fixed percentage income tax. % can be varied as per slab.

Everyone eagerly waits to see what benifit the finance minister is giving to the citizens. Actually Currency is only a promisery paper. What makes the economy strong is hardwork & man-hours spent on productivity. The more currency rotates & more foreign exchange comes in our economy is stronger. If we have lots of foreign exchange they have an art of extracting this money by selling technological advanced products and armaments. Ours is a big market & everyone is eyeing.Very few countries are interested in ourdevelopment It's our look out to think big produce high value technologically advanced goods with lowest cost. Aatmanirbhar India should be our goal.Imagination & making it a reality is the race of the world.Countries who do it get admiration. Creative thinking, creating need is mother of all inventions. Sir - here are a few ideas and I m not sure if they are already in the past plan 1) budget for disabled people and special needs kids who are always ignored in school, colleges and Jobs as they need some reserve budget and fixed quota. So they can be part of the society and contribute 2) Medical and Education - we need to take care of our Army/BSF/Air Force/Navy employee and their families especially when someone closed lost their life. 3) Reserve budget to fight with Pandemic or Epidemic 4) India needs a reserve budget for Cyber security Unit that can secure our digital resources from Cyberattack - we need to be ready for offensive and defensive in the cyber world. 5) India need to spend more R&D on Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Drone Technology . 6) we need to develop their own digital currency Rupay and others less dependency on $, or Master/Visa and AMEX. We should not allow them to control India internal affairs 7) Monitoring on Social Media and fake Journalism. Jai Hind
