Expenditure Budget - Improve integrity among people by having more number of central government schools in non Hindi speaking states. Admissions should be open to all, presently admissions are given only to central government employees children due to less number of schools. If we could have started this in the year 1947 by this time cohesiveness would have been there among people. Private schools charging hefty fees, in this situation if we can establish more Central government schools with nominal fees, proper amenities and playground will attract parents to prefer these schools. After few years every child will speak Hindi and national integrity will improve.

Consistent with current trend the interest on SCSS (Senior Citizens' Savings Scheme) is coming down. It is now 7.3% only. down from earlier 9.3%. Request please restore the earlier interest rate. It will immensely help senior citizens while costing the exchequer barely a couple of thousand crores of Rupee.

politics need to be fought politically. parties are wanting votes by offering freebies in the shape of free.eletircity free travel monthly grant to women and so on . Finance minister has to adjust budget and BJP also has to offer freebies so as to remain in power. only when they are in power ,they can do some good to the country.
