tax payers must get proper medical and health realted facilities besides BPL families. Every businessman must pay tax and there should be separate tax slab for them as per their earnings and profits. Minimum saving amount should be raised from Rs.1,50,000 to Rs.300000/- per annum. If subsidised food is given to BPL families, the quality of cerels, pulses etc. must be checked as people are expecting generousity from people's govt.

For speeding of Export customs clearance, just as an airport passenger terminal, export cargo at carting points should be scanned by each CFS. S/bills be assessed automatically, cargo scanning should be mandatory with adequate number of scanners at each CFS. Only "Doubtful" export cargo should be put on hold for further inspection at CFS. Full container loads also should be subjected to export scanning instead of holding them at parking for 8 to 10 hours

Import documents are assessed for duty thru' Faceless assessment since few months but it has its own challenges which are discussed by trade & the department periodically. But emphasis has to be given RMS assessment & improvising on vigilance, 100% container scanning at all major port terminals. JNPT handles approx 30 lac containers each year, scanning capacity is hardly 20% presently. IF import documents are assessed thru RMS, each private terminal is given mandatory responsibility to install high speed scanners, all containers can be scanned thereby "DOUBTFUL' containers be diverted for 100% examination at CFS by customs team. With RMS assessment Faceless import assessment can be minimised, burden on FAG can be reduced with improving back up of container scanning at terminals. Container scanning is done by customs at terminal Gates at each port terminals for containerized cargo but capacity of installations of high speed scanners need to be added.

most of the project cannot be done due to unavailability of land in crowded metros & litigation , private property holder must be encourage with policy framework to participate has partner with profit realization or under lease of 99 yrs, such circumstances govt can raise project like market/schools/ or utility towers or green emission towers to suck purify air pollution or metro can built east to west "walking escalator " walker to reduce road traffic or accident "through private buildings" this will reduce time and money so also vehicles traffic , car parking towers.
