Current pandemic has highlighted the importance of a good medical budget. Kindly allocate more amount for increasing medical facilities including infrastructure, quality personnel and equipments. As education is very important, kindly reduce privatisation of education. Also please stop the concept of contract and clock-hour basis teaching and recruit permanent highly competitive faculty in schools, colleges and universities. Such system of temporary recruitments is insult to Gurus (today teachers) and also will not attract good and competitive candidates. Why would a PhD holder work like a labourer at a hourly payment of Rs. 100-700 or at a contract pay of 20000-40000 per month when they can earn 1-2 lakhs per month as a postdoc in US and European universities??!!!!!!! Just as defence personnel are important to security of the nation, medical, teaching and research staff are important to the wellbeing and development of the nation. Hence they also should be given access to free

Female labour income share is significantly lower even though many women has started working in our country. TO address this, government took various measures but still proved to be insignificant. Rather than allocating a particular percentage to women in every sectors, make it a compulsion that in every sector that percentage of men to women has to be nearly equal. I agree that population of men might be high in comparison with the population of women. But what I am suggesting is making it an approximate one and not an equal one. Necessity is the mother of invention. only the compulsion and the necessity comes, many women come out of their cages and start contributing to our national income. Contribution to the national income by women is as important as making our country as a developed nation. Making an individual as self reliant person can definitely lead to achieve our country's vision of self reliant India.
