senior citizen and lot of middle class family depends mainly on pension and bank interest for the survival .since interest for fixed deposit is now very low there monthly earnings has come down ,now banks are charging tax for bank interest ,this puts a lot of people in a bit of bother .kindly dont tax for bank savings .2, igst rate for import goods you can increase to minimum 12 % instead of 5 % ,most of the imports goods are imported here though it is available in india it is available .since it is cheaper than india they are importing and try to encash the profit . for example all medicine equipment ,chemicals, toys , were available at a low cost ,once imports allowed indian manufacturers were not able to withstand competition and they closed . try to implement it sir our country revenue will increase ,food items and other essentials can be exempted from igst
