10000 FPO program is wonder full Program. But more number FPO Will create lot of compition and duplication of Farmers. Instead of promoting more FPO I request PM and finance minister, Corporate affair minster to revive defunked FPOS So that famers will get good confidance and move ahead as well. Give relaxation for penalties for not fulfilling MCA and IT compliances. This will help many FPOs come back to the Main business.

VERY VERY IMPORTANT SUGGESTION ON DIVIDEND TAXATION ---------------------------------------------------- This suggestion cannot be implemented in this budget but please appoint a team or committee to read the following suggestion closely and analyse all the IT returns using computers and you can understand the following and try to implement in Budget 2023 Generally dividend yield in a portfolio (holdings of stocks) of a person is in the range of 1 to 2% of their holding. i.e. If a person has 50 Lakhs worth of stocks then his dividend amount will be in the range of Rs.50,000 to 1 Lakhs for each year. Since Government wants to tax dividends and increase their revenue do the following : Ask all the banks having demat accounts to inform the total value of the person holding as on last day of January, February and March of the financial year. Take the average of all 3 months Get a value Let us say it is Rs.52 Lakhs (continued in second message)

In my opinion, to increase the revenue of the Government, GST and Income tax rates should be reduced because 1. if the rates are low, everyone will get registered and file GST returns and Income tax returns fairly. Because no one will take risk to hide the income or sales, if the rates are low. So there will be increase in number of tax payers. 2. The people who are fairly filing the returns are facing hardships as against those who are not. True people are having tough competitions from those.

Dear sir/ma’am in my opinion government should draft budget in a may that it should be cantered on any specific sector as like government worked on health sector during pandemic along with all other sector but they more concentrated on health. Now government should work on another sector with all other issues but centered on that sector and spend more money on that. By this way it may be easy to improve that sector rapidly.
