India should legalize cryptocurrency and adopt a clear, regulated, and tax-free framework similar to Dubai. Instead of heavy taxation, the focus should be on strong rules such as mandatory KYC, AML compliance, licensed exchanges, and strict action against fraud and scams. A tax-free or very low-tax crypto environment will attract global investors, retain Indian talent, boost Web3 and blockchain startups, and generate large-scale employment. India has the potential to become a global crypto and digital asset hub if regulation is prioritized over restriction.

I urge the government to allow loss set-off, introduce fair capital gains tax slabs, and reduce TDS to encourage genuine participation. Clear, balanced regulations will attract foreign investment, strengthen India’s Web3 ecosystem, and create thousands of jobs. India has the potential to become a global Web3 hub. Supportive policies and transparent taxation will help retain talent, attract international capital, and drive innovation. I respectfully request that these reforms be considered in the national interest.

Most Respected Madam Vanakkam. My humble suggestions are as under: 1) The dreadful T B disease claims several lives every year in the country..An enhanced attention needs to be paid in the areas of creating awareness, undertaking screening and providing prompt medical attention. The services of MMCs including large pharmaceutical companies may be enlisted for this purpose 2) The Union government needs to issue appropriate advisory to all the States to undertake the work relating to assessing the present condition of the Drinking water pipelines and take up repairs wherever necessary immediately. This will ensure the distribution of quality water to the citizens. 3) Hats off to the Union government under the stewardship of our inspiring PMJI for taking up a slew of pro active measures to bring about self reliance on the energy sector and for rapidly propelling the country to occupy the SECOND SLOT on the economic scenario globally. In every sphere, a new milestone is created

The Union Budget 2026-27 comes at a crucial time when India is striving to sustain high economic growth while ensuring inclusivity, resilience, and global competitiveness. The budget should balance fiscal discipline with strategic investments that accelerate long-term development and social equity. One of the foremost priorities should be boosting capital expenditure to drive growth. Continued investment in infrastructure—roads, railways, ports, airports, logistics parks, urban transport, water supply, and digital infrastructure—will crowd in private investment, generate employment, and enhance productivity. Special focus on Tier-II and Tier-III cities can help decentralize growth and reduce regional imbalances. Tax reforms should aim at simplicity, predictability, and fairness. Rationalising personal income tax slabs to enhance disposable income can boost consumption, while providing clarity and stability in corporate taxation will strengthen investor confidence.

REBUTTAL TO TARIFF IMPOSED BY USA ON INDIA Policy Proposal to impose a 50% tariff on revenue shares earned from social media (Government of India, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), NITI Aayog, Ministry of Finance). Why should our human resources work free of cost for reels, shorts, & videos for Facebook and YouTube when these companies earn from these feeds via ads while only 3-5% of people are able to earn or monetize? India should impose 50% revenue shares from ads to tackle the unilateral tariff imposed on us by the USA. These are golden opportunities to fight them back via different strategies.

Real Estate sector needs to be controlled, no affordable homes. Rampant bribes for the transactions to complete. Education sector should be normalized, affordability has gone for a toss. Income tax should be abolished or should be at a flat tax rate at 10% at max. Make the Income tax as 0% and introduce a monetary tax at 0.01%. When the citizens of India has money that is when they will go and invest or build something. Virtual Digital Assets and its allied sectors although had been clearly sidelines. India needs to understand we need to be bold to take risks to fully be prepared, Orthodox mentality is not going to help the newer tech and its usecases. Crypto is something we need to take hard look at it, taxes are unfair. Offsets are missing. Introduce pay tax till next 10 years without any interest. Instead of penalizing the person, rather empower the person. Value to Tax is almost zero for most of them. Tax is a Western concept, India should get rid of it

Most Respected Madam Vanakkam. My humble suggestions are as follows: 1) Waste to Energy initiatives need to be taken up with more attention. The country generates unquantifiable wastes of various types every year. These wastes can be converted into the much needed energy, which India badly needs at present. 2) The Union government is shelling out hefty budgetary allocations every year towards implementation of various projects, programmes, plans across the country. However, the credit never goes to the Central government. It is imperative to sanction the post of Public Relations Officers in each district. These officials should be mandated to work under the District Collectors concerned They should be responsible to publicize all the welfare oriented schemes, infrastructure etc being undertaken by the Union government through mobile vehicles, printed materials, interactions with the public. This needs to be considered on priority pl. .
