Encourage Small Families Through Incentives: Population stabilization is essential for sustainable development. The government should introduce incentive-based policies for families with two or fewer children and discourage larger families by limiting access to non-essential subsidies and benefits beyond the two-child norm.

Here are a few suggestions that could help create more employment opportunities in india "India-specific framework the government can focus on: 1. Strengthen MSMEs (Biggest Job Creators) Why: MSMEs employ over 11 crore people. What government should do: Cheaper and faster loans (single-window credit) Reduce GST compliance burden for small businesses Incentives for MSMEs that hire youth, women, and seniors Promote cluster-based manufacturing (textiles, leather, food processing) Jobs created: Skilled, semi-skilled, local jobs across age groups 2. Massive Skill & Re-Skilling Mission (Age-Neutral) Problem: Degrees ≠ job-ready skills Solutions: Industry-designed skill programs (AI, EV, solar, plumbing, healthcare) Mandatory apprenticeship after Class 10/12 and graduation Re-skilling for 40+ age group (digital tools, accounting, logistics) Government-paid stipends during training Impact: Employability for youth + career revival for middle-aged workers.

Accountability for Road-Related Accidents: When accidents occur due to poor road quality or lack of maintenance, the responsible authority should be held accountable. If a road falls under state jurisdiction, the state government should take responsibility; if it is under central jurisdiction, the central government should do so. A clear compensation framework will improve accountability, safety standards, and road maintenance.

Respected sir, As a Government employee's daughter, I would like to suggest that all the children of employees should have the privilege to use scholarship and government seats. In most of the fields of further education students are discouraged by saying that they are not eligible for the scholarship as they are kids of government employees. I have faced the same issues in my education life. And even though we have eligibility for certain seats with good scores we are not preferred due to the same reason. There are a lot of government employees who have to suffer and take loans for their kids education which could have been supported by the government. As they are also the future of India who would like to go in the steps of their parents but due to the lack of support in these fields they will take back steps from this.

Pot-Hole Free India: India should commit to becoming a pothole-free nation. Roads are used daily by citizens and are a reflection of governance. While new road construction may be complex, maintaining existing roads is achievable with proper planning and accountability. Roads should be engineered to withstand monsoons, and rainfall—which benefits people and agriculture—should not be used as an excuse for poor road quality.
