Respected PM Ji, Right Private Property can be buy by Govt..#Even farmers crops are buying by govt..Like that Property Buying policy can bring by govt 🙂 if any property holder wants to sell they can sell to Govt on IGRS Market Value prices or four times more than that on location wise but minimum is iGRS final per unit ( square foot wise) please bring this policy to all categories citizens to develop Bharath.. It can be safer to another buyer and even Govt can profit more and GST turn over in urban areas and rural areas too .. I hope you understood this concept of buying land from this policy to ease trasctions and no Black money on real estate since fair transactions fair deals can be grown by this policy.. Thanking you.

लोकमान्य प्रधान सेवकजी को मेरा जय श्रीराम. महोदय जी मेरे 2 सुझाव है. 1) जब बच्चे 12th में पढ़ते हैं तो उनकी आयु साधारण 17/17.5 वर्ष की हो जाती है. मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि जब 12th के फाइनल परीक्षा के दौरान फॉर्म भरा जाता है उसी वक़्त नये मतदार का भी फॉर्म भरवा ही लेना चाहिए ताकि वह मतदान में हिस्सा ले सके. माता पिता का ध्यान नहीं रहता है. विशिष्ट धर्म के लोग इस बाबत मे काफी जागरूक है. 2) घर से मतदान की उम्र जो हाल 85 वर्षे रखी गयी है उसे घटाकर 70 वर्षे कर देना चाहिए . 3) गंभीर बीमारी से गुजर रहे या गुजर चुके उनकी चुनावी ड्यूटी नहीं लगाना चाहिए. उदहारण के तौर पर कैंसर से जुड़े लोग. अगर इलाज हो भी गया हो तो उनको कम से कम 10 वर्षे तक गोली खानी होती. गोली का असर ऐसा होता है कि कभी अचानक गर्मी तो कभी अचानक सर्दी लगती है. 4) चुनाव के दौरान मतदाताओं को मिलने वाले सुविधाओं का पूरा ब्यौरा हर एक बूथ पर लगाना ही चाहिए. 5)किसी भी स्कूल में कायमस्वरूपी EVM मशीन नहीं रखनी चाहिए. अगर कोई विभाग स्कूल को ब्लैकमेल करता है तो उस पर कड़ी से कड़ी कारवाई करे. किसी भी स्कूल मे EVM मशीन न रखे आदेश दे

Respected sir , Here i am put forwarding a new project proposal Now the major source of drinking water is open well and bore well. the main source of pollution are industry which produce chemicals may contact with ground water , leche from waste management tank , septic tank etc. Hence it slowly growing and finally attach ground water .Ground water in side earth is flowing like stream .Most of the well /bore well uses flowing water source for getting water. It flow like a stream inside earth from one place to another. Hence if there any point in the stream get polluted it will spread thousands of kilometer and it affects thousands of well . Develop survey plan of ground water passing through the surveyed land including details showing depth discharge , weather open or bore well etc.. this will create awareness of owner for digging well as well as planning waste discharge pit .
