Sir, I am sending in attachment a draft proposal to improve citizen centric vehicle and Licence related online services available through mParivahan/Parivahan portal of MoRTH. My suggestions are based on individual experience and feedback from other fellow citizens who encountered lacunae in the structure and delivery of some of these online services, which negate the purpose and effectively make it offline and prone to same delays, corruption and involvement of agents as earlier. I am sure your office will find this useful to direct necessary improvement and make most of these services truly online with minor tweak in the process and overcoming the resistance of bureaucracy to bring about these changes, wherever, there is no need for verification of Vehicle, person or documents due to its nature (like AADHAR, DL, VOTER ID) or linkage to DigiLocker. e.g. to end hypothecation or interstate transfer of RC, address change.

The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Subject: Request to include Isko Rock Art, Sohrai, and Kohbar Paintings (Hazaribagh, Jharkhand) in the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) Curriculum Respected Sir, I wish to draw your kind attention to the cultural and historical importance of Isko Rock Art, near Barkagaon in the North Karanpura Valley of Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. This prehistoric site features rock paintings over 10,000 years old, reflecting early human intelligence, creativity, and symbolic expression. Alongside this heritage, the Sohrai and Kohbar paintings of Hazaribagh are vibrant tribal and folk art forms that beautifully illustrate themes of nature, fertility, social customs, and harmony., These traditions form a living link to India’s artistic and cultural evolution. Under NEP 2020, the IKS framework aims to highlight India’s ancient wisdom, art, and heritage. I humbly request the inclusion of these unique arts in the IKS curriculum to educate students.
