Subject: Biweekly Salary Payment Proposal Dear PMO, I propose adopting a biweekly salary system in India, like in the US and UK. Benefits: 1) Better financial management for workers, reducing loan dependency. 2) Higher employee morale and productivity due to financial security. 3) Boost to local economies via consistent spending. 4) Buffer for emergencies, cutting reliance on predatory loans. 5) Attracts global talent. Suggestions: Pilot in public sectors, use UPI for seamless transfers, offer employer incentives, and amend labor laws. This can enhance worker welfare and economic growth. Sincerely, Sarthak

honored sir, we have to construct so many STPs in major metro politan cities so that, we can create so many jobs. We have to engage private companies to maintain sanitary toilets, in government offices, hospitals, school ,colleges and universities so that can create new jobs. The private companies in turn had to collect dry and wet garbage separately and use it for production of electricity through small power stations and also to produce manures for agriculture purpose. In this process we can create so many jobs as well as hygienic atmosphere and clean energy.

honored, sir, We are seeing so many small and medium water channels flowing from small and medium hills, near agricultural fields. Hence it is better to dig agricultural wells with about 50 × 50 × 50 feet in this water channels and construct walls on two sides of these Water channels and two small walls acting as check dams , against the flowing of water channels allowing free flow of water towards down. Benefits:- 1,Ground water table may be raised gradually, 2.Every farmer on both sides of these water channels may utilize these water for agricultural purpose, 3,These wells could be utilized for development of aquaculture, 4.we can create series of check dams adjacent to each other in this process, 5,we can store considerable , TMCs water along the flow of these channels.

honored sir, 1, Narcotic drugs and Ganja are major threat to the world. So many youth are spoiling their lives due to addiction to these drugs. Some unsocial elements are growing Ganja secretly in Forests or in some places where the police personals, could not reach easily. Hence Remote sensing may involved in this issue to identify the Ganja fields and disseminate the information to the concerned Police, so as to destroy the Ganja fields immediately. 2, so many unidentified dead bodies are located in so many police areas, .hence a agency has to provide time lapse earth photos, of the place where the dead body was located, so as to identify the dead bodies.
