Grevence are getting closed without victims confirmation. PMO PG is just accepting reply given "complaintee". No cross questions are asked by PMO PG. And before closing the complaint. No one is calling the victim. To get the confirmation whether issue is resolved or not. Sir we logging the complaint in PMO PG with lots of hope. And full of confidence that we will get the justice here. Sir please look into the matter and bring some changes like, without happy code complaints cannot be close. And once complaint is resolved/closed. Sent feedback and rating link to victim automatically.
