Exam .

Does it sound ETHICALLY correct that JUDGES give judgement on cases related to stealing/robbery/murder/rape/ and even interpret parliamentary laws, but their assets and liabilities are not known ? It is not known of how much tax do judges actually pay. No wonder some judges are setting a precedent on cases and how they are interpreted by Supreme Courts in Pakistan, an enemy state which want to destroy our nation by a thousand wounds.

Parliament must act without delay to pass an ironclad law establishing once and for all that the will of Parliament is absolute—no court, no judge, no judicial body shall have the authority to nullify, amend, or challenge any law enacted by the sovereign legislature. The judiciary’s function is not to legislate from the bench but to execute the law as decreed by the people’s representatives. This is not merely a legal reform—it is a restoration of true democracy, where elected voices, not unelected jurists, hold ultimate power. The time for judicial overreach is over; the supremacy of Parliament must reign unchallenged
