I request Hon'ble Prime Minister to appeal to the nation to come forward for "Voluntary Blood Donation" to help the needy people who runs from pillar to post even to arrange single blood unit especially those who get treatment out of their city. There are many myths regarding blood donation. Sir, once you appeal to the nation, all myths will disappear from the minds of citizens. Blood donation may be made mandatory for govt. servants once in a year & may be linked to annual increments.

Digital India, Regulatory authorities IRDA, SEBI, must reply to agent. IRDA must entertain agent at call centre as must be digital with web based complaints, feedback, query etc. like SEBI. IRDA had made a regulation feb2017 wrt agents which demotivates insurance sales force. Need of Financial educated advisor like CA, Doctors & Lawyers having status like 3-5 years practical work similar to financial product sales force need. Emails all gov dept and reply must in time. Pl do the needful.

Change of nomenclature of Sexual Harassment of women at workplace Act-2013 to Gender Crime Act-2013. The nomenclature creates the image of entity of women as an object meant for sexual harassment and focuses more on helpless women than on gender criminals and gender Crimes. If its name is changed to Gender Crimes at workplace Act-2013, prima facie, it will focus more on gender criminals/crimes and put the offenders on shame and any sensible human being will feel more graceful
