As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

Government should help house wives who wants to do do business. After scrutinising their background bank should help them to get loan easily. A help desk to share information about the successful stories of those who achieved will be very helpful. Government can identify the successful people and give them a small medal or certificate as an encouragement. This will make others also to start their own business. A workshop can be arranged regularly to guide many people.

Whether big or micro, manufacturing & service sectors are included in business. Right from major industries to the level of micro industries profit making is the major aim. A housewife, in her spare time can earn income by using a little bit effort, either in manufacturing or servicing job. As it is a common practice for most of the Indian women to engage her selves with kitchen, food 🍴 processing business is suitable in the first priority. Packaging, distributing etc. are needed.

Our post offices are dying and this is the best opportunity to give it life once again. We have very good network of post offices all over INDIA. We can use them and start the delivery through it. They can charge for the delivery as per the size or weight. Which should be online and payment should be online.
