As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

My suggestion for supplementing Income of house maker is Government or NGO can take initiative to offer professional courses like stitching, cooking, fashion designing and Beauty parlors courses. It will empower women and reduce rate of unemployment.

A housewife can earn and be of help to Govt also. How? From my apartment flat I can do roof gardening and get farm produce for my family and sell to public or noon meal centres also. Secondly roof top solar can get power for me and also sell to the EB. My wastes become fertiliser to garden. nourish the garden. Each apartment becomes Center for power production, farm produce. Investment may be 30 lakhs for 200 flat for 5 acres. I am doing in myflat save elecy besides veg. You can think.

MAKE EDUCATION FREE FOR GIRL CHILD FROM KG TO PG WHEREVER THEY STUDY ,it might result in 1) instead of being only home makers they will be potential workforce of india. 2) increases girl child population 3) provide empowerment in action, instead of just emabrking when ever its needed attention 4) FUND LEAKS IN THE GOVT SYSTEM IN NAME OF SPENDING ON GIRL CHILD WILL BE REDUCED. 5)GIRL EDUCATION IS TREATED AS BURDEN FOR PARENTS EVEN IN THE UPPERCLASS ,as they need to fulfil social obligations

NO NEED OF MAKING THEM RICH, THEY WILL BE FAR HAPPIER IF YOU DONT ROB THEM. INSTEAD OF SPENDNG MORE IN THE NAME OF GIRL SECURTY BY THE ROBBED MONEY FROM TAXPAYERS, LET THEM SAVE MORE FOR 1) MOTHER OF SCHOOL GOING CHILD, have u consider them giving any benefits?? 2) MIDDLE CLASS HOUSE WIFE WHOS HUSBAND IS A TAXPAYER, have u consider them not to be taxable 3) MOTHER OF GIRL CHILD, have you ever consider them to be given special policy benfits. GOVT DONT FOCUS ON WHERE THE ATENTION NEEDED .

ये तो गॉव के लिए भी होना चाहिए किया गॉव में गृहिणी नही है ओ भी कुछ सिख कोई काम कर सकता उनके लिए सहर से ज्यादा सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने की सरकार की है

PART - III अगर पांच सालमे परिणाम में अगर सफलता मिलती है तो फिर से नए लोग जो सर्वे में आ शकते है उनका ही सर्वे करके प्रथम चरणमे जैसे किया वोही तरीके से कीजिए ताकि मेरे भारत का खरा पैसा जरूरतमंदों के लिए इस्तेमाल हो जाए। क्योकि देखने ऐसा भी देखा है कि कुछ लोग ऐसे भी है जो हर साल DRDA या DUDA के बजट से एक ही एरिया में सर्वे करके उन्ही 10 या 15 महिलाओ को पिछले पांच सात सालो से ट्रेनिंग देके सिलाई मशीन दी जाती है और वो बेच डालते है। जिससे मेरे भारत की कमाई का पैसा निरर्थक हो जाता है।

PATR - II उसके बाद उनसे प्रोडक्शन करवाके उनकी प्रोडक्ट हर महीने स्थानिक मोल / दुकान या फिर स्वदेसीे का हर महीने एक मेला लगवाने प्रावधान करोगे तो बने हुए माल की खपत होगी तो फिर प्रोडक्शन बढ़ेगा और उन्ही महिलाओ को मल्टी स्किल की और इनोवेशन/अपग्रेडेशन की ट्रेनिंग दिलवाते रहिए। ऐसा सिलसिला सिर्फ पांच साल के लिए करे और उनका आर्थिक सर्वे फिर एक बार करवाये। ताकि परिणाम का पता चलेगा कि आगे उसको बढ़ाना है या नही?

मान. प्रधानमंत्रीजी, अगर हमें रूर्बन एरिया की महिलाओं को कुछ पूरक कमाई देना चाहते हो तो सबसे पहले हमारा जो बजट जो अलग अलग योजनाओमें से जो खास तौर पर DRDA DUDA TRISEM ऐसी कई योजनामोमे स्किल डेवलपमनेंट में डाला है उसपर रोक लगा दे। उसके बाद समाजसेवी संस्थानों द्वारा सभी विस्तारोमे जो महिलाओं जिनको सप्लीमेंटरी इन्कम की जरूरत है और उनको स्किल लेंव की जरूरत है तो उनको स्किल दिलवाक़े उसके बाद तुरंत जो स्किल ली है उसकी किट मुहैया करवाईए। PART - I
