As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

A good mother must be well informed and self confident and over all caring. The rest is Govt.duty to fulfill her requirements.

Respected Indians, As every Indian village have Historical places ,govt can explore them and make that place as tourist spot and offer to popular local legends for advertising that places so that people will visit each other places which will create revenue and all places should be advertised in foreign with story. for specially ladies give funds to female for cow milk production and stop Bristols cigarette substitute that market by exploring BEEDI(Tendupatta). There are some home makers who are lawyers. These home makers could be asked to analyse the quality of the decision of the various courts, based on whether the decision has been overturned in appeal, disposal rates of Individual judges across India and report to the ministry of Justice, which could be used for performance appraisal of judges. Lawyer home makers could be trained in mediation , to make mediation a mas movement to increase access to justice and reduce case pendency across India

#Kudumbashree like social gathering structures should be set up in the localities which could be guided by the councilor/wardmember/corporator of the area. And this could be put into use for solving issues in the locality - organic farming and solid waste management could be few such activities. Also such homemakers could be utilized as contract workers for the municipality/panchayat/corporation on a shift basis. #MyGov

There are lot of engineers who are home makers. Home makers who are trained in Civil Engineers could be asked to monitor quality and progress of construction of building projects, roads and infrastructure projects from their laptop sitting at home.All construction sites should have live CCTV camera with GPS location. Home maker could monitor progress and quality of construction of multiple projects sitting at their home and report to the government authorities about the progress and quality

Encourage home makers to grow vegetables in their home and neighborhoods and facilitate products marketing. Facilitate home makers to prepare ready to eat cooked food like those developed by MTR food products, GITS etc. CSIR government may please requested to transfer the packaging technology to pack ready to eat cooked food, which home makers can produce while ensuring fssai standards, quality etc . Govt may facilitate marketing of ready to eat packaged food to govt staff, schools, colleges

Train home makers in making LED bulbs. Tie up with food delivery partners like swiggy/ Dabba wallas to utilise the service of house wife to cook food for railway passengers, government and private office staff, schools and colleges. Facilitate web platform to provide online tutoring/tuition classes. Home maker services can be made used to stitch uniforms for police, armed forces , schools, colleges,, doctors , nurses dress etc. Provide virtual platform to connect home makers to job providers/co

India is not a hub electronics product . most of the products are come from China .we even don't have our own brand of cell phone which have lot of features ,we need to gain advantage in that field for that we need lot of skilled labourers . How to mold them is the biggest question? answer is unemployed house makers take a village divide it into several sectors train each sector for specific skill in electronic gadget making.one sector should be chip and etc . #MyGov
