As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

Promote women banking for investment of their pin money by creating pin money schemes in post offices and banks. They can be effective pigmy collection agents in respect of the money to be collected in respect of these women. The scheme should earmark a percentage of funds for children and in case of childless for a nominee of their choice as well as for their own needs with a higher percentage of interest

There are certain things in medical field and many educational sectors.Where there is reservation system and students are selected for medical and many high professional colleges based on their communities. I request to the government to remove reservation system in education field and select the students not based on their communities or caste. The reservation in education should be based on their income not on their communities..All OCs are not rich and all BC or Sc or St are not poor.
