As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

In Rurban areas women can be wonderful caregivers and caretakers or elderly and children. Promote regulathed creches and elderly care centres with an added aid of medical personnel and teachers to make their lives fruitful and at the same time provide succour to the urban needs

Homemakers are known for their skills in handicrafts, food products such as papads, pickles, , jams etc, traditional ware such as Bidri, beadwork, rangoli,. Promote co operatives which can provide them a steady source of income from the nearby urban centres consisting of nuclear families.

Mission Honesty Elderly Citizens with background of high integrity can be requested to give lectures in the Moral Science classes in the Schools. Attendance to such classes should be made compulsory. Ideally this lecture can be given in an open field and should be attended by all students from Class V to XII in the morning.

Mission Honesty If you put some mark on a soft muddy place that will show vividly when the soil dries. Similarly the concept of honesty has to be taught to a child at his/her tender age. The subject of Moral Science must be made compulsory from class V in the schools and it must be a subject till class VII. Pass mark on this subject has to be much higher than other subjects and failing to score the required % should disqualify a student from going to the next class. India needs characters.
