Use them for various projects of Govt for data entry instead of offering huge contracts to companies. It will be much more cost effective for the Govt jobs which are of temporary nature.

Home making ladies in urban and rural areas has good skill of teaching; being Mothers. Some may have special skills like Yoga, stitching, sports, Good Handwriting, Arts etc. They can’t work on 8 hrs full time job. Local private / even Govt. schools must be allowed to engage them part time inviting & encouraging them. This will have small but additional income. A scheme can be drafted with suitable conditions to make both sides committed and result oriented.
