We have the largest reserve of engineering student (graduate & undergraduate) we can maximize there potential by making mandatory for the MSME's , Gov and private companies for atleast providing them a 4 month technical skill with sttiped (₹) with a batch of 10-15 student at a time , asking just the UID card and College ID card (to avoid paperwork for them).
When they know the skill what to work, how the process work , those student will definitely use that training as there starting point life.

Science technology is education to agriculture, and defence to transport. It is about tech entrepreneurs working on the latest product but, equally, about farmers using sensor technology to improve yields, or a business bringing new products to market.Innovation keeps us competitive. It keeps us at the cutting edge. It creates jobs. And it will keep our standards high in the world.

rather , India following other nations ideas ,this should change,I hope it will....

All the industries in India should have water recycling unit ,which reuses the water from the respective industry , reduces pollution ,save the ecology and the virtual water risks will reduce.

Even in the era of modern science, our villages are still not high tech. Your post office is still not hi-tech. Still away from bank ATMs in rural areas. Bank officials know but do nothing. My suggestion is to develop and develop rural areas by compromising with a private company for high-tech. Also make the post office private so that common people can get convenience and hi-tech. Issue instructions to bank officials so that ATMs in rural areas should be opened more and more.

As India and the world reorient in the present context of the COVID-19 crisis, a new Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy (STIP) was initiated at this crucial juncture during mid-2020. For India to march ahead on a sustainable development pathway to include economic development, social inclusion and environmental sustainability for achieving an Atmanirbhar Bharat'', a greater emphasis may be needed on promoting traditional knowledge systems, developing indigenous technologies
