The General Aids to Marine Navigation along the Indian Coast is administrated by Directorate General of Lighthouses and Lightships (DGLL) as per Lighthouse Act, 1927. Over the period of time maritime sector has undergone massive change. There have been enormous technological developments in the field of Aids to Marine Navigation. To incorporate the global best practices, technological developments and India's International obligations in the field of Aids to Marine Navigation, the Draft Aids to Navigation Bill 2020 is prepared to replace existing Lighthouse Act 1927.

The Draft Aids to Navigation Bill (to replace Lighthouse Act 1927) is hereby circulated for comments of all concerned.

.Navigational study course should be mention in 10th , 11 or 12 th class curriculum. .Special 3D or 4D shape submarine or ships should be prepared. .. Special satellites facilities should be given to navigation force. .Coordinations of. Airforce and navy , combat exercise should be in very advance label. ... India should work on special,, Robot navy force .. for war and exercises.. ..More high level submarine should be prepared in india. .... Seminars or online course should be start

We have to start the separate course after 10th or inter so that who are interested will get admitted and learn and train from there untill his potential he will be trained also government of India has to improve more technology in submarines and navy that will support the development of the marine. We have to improve roads and shipyards, Airports, Each and every citizen must have a passport that will work as green card system Each purchase and sales will be entered under his passport

We should develop more ports, airports marine dry docks and fishing jetty to attract more business n revenue in shipbuilding and dry docking. More more container cargo boats should be manufactured in india to get jobs for the young generation. Future plan... so that infrastructure, road and communications plus raw material is kept ready for to make industrial city, manufacturing city, health city and many more sectors.

Our countrys young force to be trained to be number one in marine field. Ex Navy staff also trained for future allotment. Coastal area we have naval academy ,naval schools also. Navigation radar ,gyro ,radio, gas manufacturing companies allowed to do manufacturing their products in india. So that we have manpower ,equipment, infrastructure and govt support to do the business easily. Govt act fast to construct port,breakwater Naval aid infrastructure and road and communications to grow . ths.

Navigation bill 2020 is important for future generations and economy. I mentioned in "sagarmala,"column how important is navigation and marine field for the upcoming of strong india. We are far behind in the field ,after we have 5000 plus kilometres of seashore. First we develope navigation academy in various part of our country. Select suitable place to build infrastructure navigation college to train our younger one to earn their daily bread

the Drafts navigation bill seems to be advance form of light house act .the acts and bills need to be updated with time... 1 .The more technology implementation and exceution will benefit a lot in upliftment of nation.. 2.all the initiative s of make in India must be used in this to support' Atam Nirbhar bharat.. 3. learning the short coming s from previous acts and improve for further .
