Sir,
When ever we plana developmental programme ,we need to take the enviornment into account

Marine parks with a projection hall to show documentaries on marine life preservation
Not over using and torchringing of marine ecology - we need to enlighten people
Trying to use methods of curbing sea disposal of waste - by installing waste management units

I think that ,
we already have a great plan for ganga and other rivers,we have prohibited the industries not to contaminate the rivers but they still haven't given up on doing dirty things. The govt. should form an institution to handle the matters of the river and give them the power to seize , inspect and ban industries that can be harmful to the nature.
thank you
