grievance mechanism is very appropriate and appreciable but what if ground zero employees deceive the higher ups either through quibbles or just for the sake of deception.one such example is grievance no 999002177781

Sir, can we make it compulsory for every student after studying up to plus 10 to have a 2 years (up to 12th) stint in the Army for studies as well as Army training. Afterwards they can chose for civilian career or military life.
Regards

For any grievance readdress THREE stage operation suggested. Grievance to be recorded by an officer and initiate to solve and in next stage if grievance not actually addressed then Second Officer at next Higher level will look into. in last stage if Grievance still persists then to be handled by next higher level preferably very senior officer who have the power to take PUNITIVE action against the party who has not complied with the grievance. Opportunity to be given to discuss one to one .
