हर एक सिटी में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा एक शिकायत दफ्तर का होना जरूरी है जिसमे एक अधिकारी नियुक्त किया जाए
इस दफ्तर का नाम pm शिकायत केंद्र हो
इस दफ्तर में लोकल प्रशासन और जिला प्रशासन का दखल ना हो पर इस दफ्तर के अधिकारी द्वारा लोकल ओर जिला प्रशासन में आम जनता की शिकायत दूर करने का अधिकार हो
इस दफ्तर में टॉल फ्री नम्बर हो
इस दफ्तर के माध्यम से लोगो को राहत मिलेगी और आम जनता का रुका काम होगा सरकार को शाबाशी मिलेगी बाकी यह मेरा छोटा सा सुझाव है

good online grievance portal will reduce court loads, grievance without sufficient proof should not be admissible for execution,

grievance officer works under guideline , but if he understand new bad trend or special suggestion ,it must be his responsibility to sent it to laws intellectual to study and implement changes

fake grievances must be punishable offense,dept cannot be tools to harassment, equivalent loss fines must be payable, redressal has to assure such fines are paid or punish, link it to adar so no such repeat

every office staff including banking functioning must have proper bylaws, every wrong attitude approach beyond bylaws must be paid offense or suspension , same amount can be compensated for loss to either party,
