Skill development programmes should build for SHGs, as many SHGs in india are still practicing old methods which is very less efficient and effective, so skill development is more required for SHGs to modernize them with new technology and demand oriented rather then supply oriented.

It is Good One at the same time A start up is must where people face travelling problem to go job. . Govt consult with shareholders, industrialist who are ready to start small hub for employment generation. I took survey in TNUHB area. In this area facing lack of job opportunity. Govt gave skill development training, but no one benefited in this scheme. They just learn and leave it or use for their own purpose. No one has improved. Better govt build small hub along with training in this area, definitely it is useful scheme.
